
CONDOR Computing provides Software Support for all of our software products and modules. We will help you with day-to-day usage as well as any problems that might arise. Our Software Support line is always answered by a real CONDOR Computing employee and never by an answering service or phone bank. We know the software because we wrote it. You won’t find more knowledgeable or more helpful software support anywhere.![]()
We offer three support options that fit your needs:
Full Support, is the best option. This plan features a flat rate payable monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You will receive unlimited support without CONDOR clocking your time. Full Support includes Yearly Enhancements.
Prepaid Support, is for the customer who knows the software, but wants the freedom to call for support without having to worry about being billed later. Yearly Enhancements are not included with Prepaid Support.
Charge per Call Support, is the perfect plan for a customer who knows the software very well and seldom expects the need of support at all. Yearly Enhancements are not included with Charge per Call Support.
