Click here for screenshot N*B*A, Nursery Business Accounting is an add-on module for N*A/R that completes the grower’s business accounting needs.  By adding N*B*A you gain a General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Payroll system. 

The General Ledger allows you to track your complete accounting by combining the information in your accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.  Using the General Ledger you will be able to process Financial Statements and Trail Balances.  With everything in one place, you will always have your company’s financial information at your fingertips. 

Accounts Payable allows you to track Venders and Suppliers Purchases and your Payment History.  It also provides tools like Check Printing, Aging Reports, and 1099’s. 

N*B*A’s payroll is a comprehensive payroll system that will allow you to manage your payroll effectively.  You will be able to Process Employees’ Time Worked, Track Income, Make Deductions, and Withhold Taxes.  Piece Work can be calculated at both fixed and variable rates.  The Payroll system will also allow you to create W-2’s and 1099’s with electronic transmission to the IRS.  The Payroll System can be purchased separately or with the N*B*A complete module.
